Best multivitamin supplement

Hey guys,

What multivitamin do you currently use or recommend?

These days it’s so hard to get everything from diet.

I work a high stress shift work job so the overnight food choices aren’t great and I feel like I burn through a lot of vitamins and minerals compared to the average desk worker.

I also have the mthfr gene so I need methylated b vitamins.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
