I have been experiencing extreme daytime sleepiness and fatigue for years, which makes it difficult for me to function normally.
It’s so severe that one morning while waiting for a red light on my way to work, I fell asleep for a couple of seconds.
I can wake up feeling refreshed, but just an hour later, I struggle to keep my eyes open.
I’ve had a VPAP for four years now, yet I still feel tired.
This issue has persisted since I was a teenager and now 52 years old.
I have visited doctors multiple times over the years, but they haven’t provided much help.
I started using Tirzepadide (Manjaro). It’s just the beginning, but my extreme fatigue seems to be significantly less. I hope this will be a step forward in figuring out what is wrong with my body.
Man I am sorry to hear your struggles
The base of all energy comes from the mitrochondria so of course anything that helps support mitocondrial function should help with energy levels.

Propably neurotransmitters inbalance cousing it, try to lower your serotonin and boost dopamine, maybe you have adrenal fatigue so your cortisol could be out of balance.
