I’ll go first…

This is my current stack

  • primavie shilajit 250mg
  • Tongkat Ali Extract Capsules or Tablets | 100mg | 10% Eurycomanone | Eurycoma longifolia
  • Boron Glycinate Capsules | 50mg | Delivering 6mg Elemental Boron
  • Cistanche Supercritical CO2 Extract Capsules | 20% Echinacoside, 20% Verbascoside
    All are from nooptropics depot

Then I use calcium d-glucarate to help metabolize estrogen - 500mg once daily.

So I have my shilajit and cistanche with warm water before breakfast, maybe 30 mins.

Then I have the tongkat just before lunch.

Calcium d-glucarate with my afternoon snack.

Boron 6-mg with dinner.

Other supplements I take for general health is:
vitamin d with k2
methylated b-vitamin/TMG complex
probiotics
fish oil
iodine 100mcg ( i get very little in my diet according to chronometer)

What do you guys think of this stack? Is there anything you would add, change?

let me know and lets figure this out!

Looks solid!
Just be careful of the iodine… I have seen cases when too much iodine actually causes LOW Thyroid hormone output!

Here is what I do

  • Tongkat Ali 400mg 2 months ON 1 month OFF cycle
  • Boron 6mg
  • Vitamin D (5000UI) + K2 (400mg)
  • Magnesium 150 or 300mg depending on my veggie intake and stress
  • I take the anti-grey hair supplement from Neofollics that contains Zinc, Iodine and much more
  • Red meat everyday or as often as possible, Beef liver occasionnally
  • TMG 2g
  • Prunella vulgaris 3g. I buy it as dried flowers, way much cheaper. I mix it in a blender for 1min and drink it. Kind of disguting, but I don’t mind
  • Taurine (6g)
  • Icing my balls 1 or 2 times a day
  • Alongside lifting weights 5 days a weeks, I include sprints into my cardio day
  • 3 tbspoons of Raw honey for breakfast
  • I try my best to get 400g of brocoli on a daily basis

I also take Capsaicin (200mg) which is the cheapest option for androgen receptors that Lucas talks about in his androgen receptors video

On a daily basis, I feel fantastic

Where are you sourcing your Tongkat Ali?

I’m trying enclomephine and pregnanolone. Had good results with clomid to offset sarms previously. So now I’m trying this stack solo to see what I can get my levels to.

Nothing in my opinion quite powerful as semen retention.

My stack is:
1tsp of bee pollen
4000mg of vitamin D3 with 200mcg k2
Tribulus Terrestris 1 capsule morning and afternoon
Bromantane 10mg
1tsp of apple cider vinegar for gut health
2 sachets of Cregaatine pre workout
2g of taurine
Grains of paradise pepper on my eggs
300mg of magnesium before bed

I like this stack especially for libido and drive but I want to add shilajit into the mix anyone know a reputable source with minimal heavy metals ?

Thanks for the heads up.

I have Hashimoto’s disease. I eat Brazil nuts a few times a week for selenium but felt sluggish. Chronometer shows that I consume usually 50mcg of iodine a day max. I added 100mcg to my morning water and what a difference in mood and energy and brainpower.

I agree with Lucas. I posted my own log. If you get the chance make sure to read it. It may provide some valuable insight.

Hey thanks for sharing.

I use nootropics depot for shilajit. It’s affordable and in pill form but I am sure you get what you pay for. Lucas has a link on his website for quality stuff.

Does the bee pollen cause any allergy issues? I have bad seasonal allergies and feel this would affect it.

Hi Lucas, I get it from Nutriforce.fr but I am not sure if they do international shipping

Hey @evank204 just saw your post, could you please tell me more about your Hashimoto and how are you keeping it under control, I have the same and I’m at high levels of levothyroxine.
Oh and what do you mean by chronometer?

Yes 400 mcg
It looks like a lot, but Bryan Johnson at approximately 45 years old takes 600mcg

So my t3 and t4 were both low normal. I tested positive for both hashimotos antibodies but there levels were low.

I avoided iodine other then sea salt but felt tired all the time. I ate 1 Brasil nut when I remembered.

Then I used the food tracker chronometer and saw that I rarely consumed more then 50mcg of iodine.

So I started using iodine droppers but only 100mcg because once you go over 200mcg of fires up hashimotos.

Sure enough, I feel great, better energy all day, sex drive is better and metabolism increased

I’m about to try LVLUP Health’s Test Booster called “BOTAnabolic”

Anyone tried it for “natural” test boosting? I will follow up in a few days or weeks and let you know how its effected me.

Also while we are here… anyone tried a legit Turkesterone supplement? seems like some people say its legit but most say its not, a lot blame being put on the sourcing of the ingredients not being pure enough. I see LVLUP has Turkesterone supplement and I know that guy knows his shit sooo maybe it does work? Let me know! Thanks!

15mg of each.

Results: Not much until day 7-10 then spontaneous erections and some anxiety (took double one day and had massive anxiety). Looked swole but almost bloated. By the 30 day mark I had a lower libido. Called it then. Feel as though test level remained decently high after.
