What other compounds that Glycine can help with sleeping?
Maybe this isn’t most legit source of information, but my Fitbit show me that I only have around 45 minutes of deep sleep at night. I would love to improve that, because often I feel groggy.
For me early dinner (6pm ish), Apigenin 100mg, Magnesium (3 types), 50mg of DHEA, doing red light at sunset time, taping my mouth, using only red light (no flicker) in the bedroom and blue (and green) blocking glasses is a solid stack.
There’s another thing that I’m including lately and it’s listening to ASMR which helps me a lot with sleep onset.
