Can Taurine help with sleep? If so how much to take before bed?

It can. I’ve tried taking it in the morning and evenings. I find that the morning is just more convenient and seems to be better timed with caffeine consumption—there is literature supporting either time but it’s likely going to boil down to personal preference.

Yes, I would say 1000mg is a good starting point before bed
I had success with it, I used 5 gr before I went to bed.
