Adderall Alternatives

A little about me:
From ages 18-24 had lots of crazy symptoms (ED, zero libido, chronic fatigue, joint pain, sleep disturbances, SIBO, etc.) most coming from exposure to mold and overtraining topped off with eating disorders :upside_down_face:
After years of diet modulation, supplementation and chanigng my training I was able to MAXX out my testosterone and DHT and improve all these symptoms greatly.

One that still remains an issue is ATTENTION.

Bringing us to the topic of this post…FOCUS and ATTENTION

I was recently diagnosed with ADD and put on a low dose of extended release adderall. Truth be told… IT WORKS. My ability to concentrate has never been better. However I don’t like its impact on my mood and circulation. I also know that these things downregulate receptors over time. SOO… I’d love some ideas on peoples favorite supps for focus.

First things I’m thinking of trying are huperzine, lisuride, phenylalanine, different forms of caffiene.

Welcome! Love the post, stoked to hear you’ve maxed out the testosterone, this will also help attention and motivation.
