As a typical person with high serotonin I found l-phenylalanine most impactful on me, I feel like finally my brain is working, brain fog dissappers and give me a lot of boost. Propably this is the compound I’ll use for long.

After seeing this video, I’m now interested in L-Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, and NALT for enhancing energy, cognition, and mood. Which of these three are your favorite and do you mainly stick to just one or are you using them situationally? Currently stuck trying to pick one.
