What’s the best dosage and schedule to take these?

Best option when Cistanche makes you Vomit?

Also Tribullus terrestris Works.
I know about sorghum, but i Think it doesnt work.

Have with ginger, anti-nausea.

Heres my list:

CARBS! (with plenty of weight lifting and b vitamins)
B vitamins
Tribulus
Androsterone (this is a hormone that works like a backdoor pathway for DHT. Use at your own caution)
Cistanche
Glycine - this one always surprises me with how much better it makes me feel.
Coffee :)))
Weightlifting
Anything that helps with Testosterone!

Which brand of Glycine do you use?

Is there a recommended brand by @BoostYourBiology ?

What do you think about this guy’s approach? Apparently a Ray Peat influenced approach.

Great lakes is what i use. Not sure if its “the best” but should work for now!
