Thoughts on this energy and mental booster stack?

I’ve been using nootropics for mental boosts eg. huperzine and l carnosine.

I use once or twice a week as I find this has side effects. Memory impairment. Drains energy for following day and concentration issues a day or two after use.

I now want to try this stack but don’t know the dangers of NAC.

On an empty stomach first thing in the morning take:

400mg Phosphadyl Serine
400mg L Theanine
500mg Rhondiola Rosea
1000mg NAC
1 x serving double strength gingko Biloba

150 - 300mg Caffeine (Large Black Coffee)

I use 300mg l theanine every morning with coffee,my brain works better and thinking is fast and coherent. I like Rholioda,it gives energy and help with stress.Q10 and alpha lipoic acid are good for energy too.Can´t say anything about the others,ever used them.
Mayby you can try google NAC,I always do research on something i don`t know.
