Beware of Lion's mane!

I can say a lot about this, but beware of lion’s mane, I had it in the form of jelly and it was the worst experience of any supplement in my life. I was try to reduce my brain fog to worsen it and had a lot of other negative effects. Through reduction of DHT my libido was at 0 and anhedonia like never before, no motivation to go out of bed.
Right now I’m in the process of resolving this especially through optimalization of my dopamine (9MBC, uridine).

Yes, check on reddit [

@BoostYourBiology any tips how to recover after it? Especially with ED.

I had a sense of deja vu when I tried topical finasteride, and experienced the same headspace as when I was taking a combination of lion’s mane and red reishi. The latter is known to be the most antiandrogenic mushroom extract of them all.

Such a shame this happened, seems to certainly impact a subset of the population. Always wondered what was causing it. You hear people say lion’s mane blocks DHT but I’m yet to find a study on it just yet

will this increase DHT?

Lions mane was in my favourite nootropic blend ATTENTION eventually what happened was overall anhedonia and depression but the feeling of ecstasy when I took the supplment. Took me a long time to realise what was wrong

In TCM, lion’s mame(whole food/herb) is purposive primarily on digestive (gut) issues and cancer treatment, many by consuming on. A tonic soup basis. But in biochemistry sector it changes the game.
