1.30min Zone 2 Cardio first thing upon waking (morning sunlight is crucial here plus dopamine, and norephedrine boost )

Eating .5-1lb of red meat (Nose to Tail bonus for added collagen maxing)

1.5-2g of Elemental Magnesium (Nervous system feels more in parasympathetic mode)

Being under 15% Body(Have that go after it attitude more and just easier to work longer and harder)

Quality 8-9 hours of Sleep(I’m quite active and need a bit more sleep)
TIME FOR THE FUN STUFF

NA-Semax and Na-Selank 300mcg for each is enough for me (Great Stuff for focus deep work)

Sabroxy 200mg (I normally stack that with the semax and selank, Brain is firing on FULL CYLINDERS)

CDP Choline (Makes you a lot more sensitive to stimulants)
9.Huperzine A (Be careful not to overdose folks!)

Magnesium Acetyl Taurate (I take before bed very inhibiting because of the acetyl group)

Glycine (Potentially boosts DHT and I generally just sleep better on it)
