Gyno without steroids

Hi all, long story short I’ve developed gyno at 34 years old. I first noticed it about 3 months ago and it’s been getting progressively worse.

I’ve been on a massive journey with my health, particularly with my gut and negative gram bacterial infections. Im in a totally different universe to where I was a couple of years ago. In that time my T levels have gone from 2.98 to 33.78 nmol /l (last bloods a couple of weeks ago).

I’ve not used any sarms/steroids but have been taking a number of supps, the hormonally relevant ones being turkestesrone, pregnenalone and dhea. I’ve also done a couple of courses of ipamorelin.

I first noticed the gyno a few weeks after finishing a bottle of turkesterone (codeage) and since noticing it have stopped taking all of the supps listed above.

Other relevant blood markers from my last test:

I have started taking relora recently after confirming my dhea is still on the low end.

I’m guessing I’m going to need to get the surgery. But before I do I’d like to be confident that I’ve corrected the imbalance.

So, after all that, my question is what would you guys be doing about this from a supplement, lifestyle, nutrition standpoint?

I lift 3x per week and train BJJ 2x per week. Am mindful around environmental exposures (although I’m travelling at the moment so I’ve definitely been getting more microplastic exposure etc for the past 6 months or so), and I eat predominantly animal based.

Any thoughts / help would be much appreciated.

Happy to share any other info if it will be helpful.

are you 100% sure its gyno or could it be water retention?

Yes, pretty sure it’s gyno… Started as swelling around the nipples then a hard lump came in on one side, followed by the other about a month later. The hard lumps have been slowly growing and they’re quite sensitive. I’m pretty lean so it’s fairly noticable (at least to me).

One other thing I forgot to mention, my serum zinc has come down fairly significantly looking at my latest bloods it’s historically been on the high end (potentially a little too high) for a number of years and is now sitting at the middle of the reference range (113 ug/dl) which I imagine is on the lower end from a more functional perspective. I wonder if this drop could be relevant to increased aromatisation?

The stack I’m considering right now is:

  • DIM
  • Zinc L carnosine
  • Chrysin
  • Cod liver oil
  • Calcium D-glucarate
  • EGCG

I’m also considering Cistanche but I’m somewhat cautious after experiencing this gyno post Turkesterone.

you can also try raloxifene if you can source it.

Overall I’ve done CDG and DIM with success at reducing the fat in the chest, but not the hard lump. I never developed the lump.

But overall, I find if I gain any fat my gyno comes back.

Now i try to avoid estrogenic foods to make it easier. NO beer.

Good luck!
