Hey guys,
Just a question on varicocele’s:
I am almost certain i have a level 2 or 3 varicocele in my left testicle, can easily feel it
It does not cause me any pain, my test is good (650) and i am very healthy. Clean diet no smoke drink or drugs sleep well and exercise daily
I am just worried it will impact fertility and may potentially get worse over time
For further cotnext im 25
Does anyone have any experience dealing with varicocele?
Is surgery needed?
Are their any supplements that could help?

Always great to check with a Doc on this one. They can check to see the severity of it. I will say that left sided varicoceles specifically can sometimes be caused by some kidney related issues.
Other causes can be from high estrogen and/or gi dysfunction. I personally had great success with a protocol that used a few different aromatase inhibitors and some charcoal and other binders that lowered endotoxin in the gut. Also changing my diet seemed to help. I would make note to see it is seems worse after certain meals/activities - that will also help guide what could be at the “root” of it.
Vitamin E may be helpful due to its various properties (anti-inflammatory, aromatse inhibitor, and overall good for the functioning of the gonads. But proper sourcing is vital. I highly recommend using idealabs Tocovit product if you go that route.
