Any suggestions besides herbs? Like hacks with food?
I don’t know too much about type 1 diabetes but Stan Efferding and a bunch of doctors recommend 10-15 minutes of walking (or in this case maybe crawling) after a meal which is very impactful for lowering blood glucose. Making sure that there is a mix of macronutrients in each meal (protein, fats and carbs), not just high GI carbohydrates. Also eating protein or fats first might lower blood glucose levels. Making sure hydration is adequate too!
