I recently wondered if taking Vitamin E (natural alpha-Tocopherols) ranged from 100-500mg will have negative effects on muscle building trough its potent anti inflammatory properties?
For notice I usually train around the evening and take my Vitamin E in the morning.
imo it’s totally fine. That’s what I do - I take all supps that are anti-inflammatory in the morning and work-out in the afternoon/evening.
400 IU vit E for prolactin, apigenin, Prunella vulgaris tincture are just a few examples. NAC etc too, only in the morning.
