Quick fitness reboot

Hey guys,

I’ve the past month I’ve had a stressful go.

  • Increased work and relationship stress
  • financial stress
  • inconsistent and unmotivated workouts
  • excessive and accelerated fat gain to abdominal region
  • stomach issues (diahrea for no reason)
  • poor sleep
  • eating well but grabbing quick “healthy” convenience foods loaded in seed oils
  • bloodwork showed low average T, high average E, high and out of range triglycerides and cholesterol, but cholesterol ratio is good.

Anyways, I felt awful for an entire trip and realized I need to get back on things.

What are some quick fixes or suggestions you guys have for a quick reboot to get things back on track.
