Hey guys,
I’ve the past month I’ve had a stressful go.
- Increased work and relationship stress
- financial stress
- inconsistent and unmotivated workouts
- excessive and accelerated fat gain to abdominal region
- stomach issues (diahrea for no reason)
- poor sleep
- eating well but grabbing quick “healthy” convenience foods loaded in seed oils
- bloodwork showed low average T, high average E, high and out of range triglycerides and cholesterol, but cholesterol ratio is good.
Anyways, I felt awful for an entire trip and realized I need to get back on things.
What are some quick fixes or suggestions you guys have for a quick reboot to get things back on track.
